Shipping & returns
Delivery across Sweden in 5 to 7 days. It is free on orders of SEK 525 or more, and a flat SEK 230 below that.
You have the right to withdraw within fourteen days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. That is your ångerrätt under chapter 2, section 10 of the Distance Contracts Act, Distansavtalslagen (2005:59).
Chapter 2, section 14 requires the refund within fourteen days of your withdrawal notice. In practice we refund as soon as the goods arrive back, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
Chapter 2, section 11, point 3 excludes goods made to your own specifications, so a made-to-measure screen falls outside the withdrawal right once we have started making it.
If it arrives faulty we put it right at no cost to you.
Looking after it
Keep grit off the face of the strip so the screen keeps sitting flush. Wipe it with a dry cloth.

Chain Screen Door Does Not Work
I purchased the chain screen door to keep bugs out. First, I don't think it keeps the mosquitoes out of the house. Second, it is very easily damaged as people pass through it -- the chains catch on clothes or things that people are carrying. Third, my dog has been able to pull it down multiple times. Fourth, the hangers are very wobbly and it sometimes falls down with just the slightest tug. Customers are not able to post reviews of products on the website, so buyer beware. I asked the company for a refund/credit, and they refused saying it had been too long since purchase (6 months) and that no one else has complained so it must be my fault. Of course, they don't allow reviews so there is no way to know. Regardless, very unhappy with product and service.

A great solution to my flyscreen problem
I ordered 3 screen kits & they arrived promptly. Easy to install, and I had left over material I was easily able to adapt to 3 other smaller windows. I recommend buying some extra corner clips if you intend to use the extra materials. The screens look good - a great option for casement windows needing customized screens. Note - for shipping to the Netherlands I had to pay tax on top of the purchase price.

Magnetic Strip, Per Metre
The magnetic strip sold on its own, by the metre. It's the fixing that holds a magnetic window screen onto the frame.
A metre gets you both strips: the one secured to the frame and the self-adhesive one that mates with it. You are not buying half a fixing and then hunting for the other half.
Order by the perimeter of your window with a little spare. Cut it to length with scissors.
It's the reason these screens work in rented homes. Nothing is drilled and nothing is permanent.
